More than a landscaping company, StudentScapes is designed to create opportunities for ambitious local students to gain real-world work experience and develop professional skills. Students apply and compete for positions and are led by experienced landscape professionals.

• Apply & Compete

  We are accepting no more than a dozen personnel for our 2027 launch team. Positions are competitive — encourage your student to apply now. Hourly pay + bonuses available.

• Learn & Earn

  Team members have opportunities to earn commission-based sales incentives, while top performers throughout the season will be rewarded with end-of-year bonuses.

• Serve & Grow

  Community service is a cornerstone of our culture. Every team member participates in at least one community beautification project each month — senior citizens, local churches, park clean-ups, weed control, and more.

StudentScapes focuses exclusively on groundskeeping and maintenance services. Hardscape installation, landscape construction, and plantings remain outside our scope.
